ireland trip grand prize

The Irish Harp Pub is launching its “12 Days of St. Paddy’s Giveaway” with a grand prize of a $4,000 trip to Ireland. The popular contest will run from January 15 to March 16, 2025, giving locals plenty of time to try their luck.

Customers can enter by purchasing a pint of Irish beer at the pub. Each full pint of Guinness, Harp, Smithwick’s, or Kilkenny earns one ballot. No purchase is necessary to enter, but participants must be at least 19 years old.

“We’re excited to offer this amazing opportunity,” said a pub representative. “The contest runs for two months, giving everyone a fair chance to enter.”

The contest will select one name daily from March 5 to March 16. These 12 finalists will be invited to the final drawing on March 18 at 7:00 PM. Each finalist is guaranteed to win a prize, with a 1-in-12 chance of winning the trip to Ireland.

The grand prize is a $4,000 travel voucher for Ireland. It must be booked at least 30 days in advance and isn’t valid during major holidays. The winner must be present at the final event to claim their prize and will need to answer a skill-testing question.

Other prizes include an outdoor smoker, an iPad, power tools, a home renovation voucher from Warren’s Mechanical, and a two-night stay in the rooms above the pub.

The final drawing will take place during a celebration with live music at The Irish Harp Pub. Space will be limited, so reservations are recommended by calling 905-468-4443. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Food and drinks will be sold at regular menu prices.

The pub offers wheelchair accessibility throughout the venue, including handicap bathrooms to ensure all guests can comfortably participate in the festivities.

For those who can’t attend the final event, alternate draws will be held. However, being present greatly increases the chances of winning.

“This contest is a great way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and give back to our loyal customers,” the pub representative added. “We can’t wait to send someone on a dream trip to Ireland.”
