Seven exciting art camp options await Niagara region children for summer 2025. Parents looking for creative summer activities can choose from programs on both sides of the border. Registration will open soon for many of these popular camps, with some offering early enrollment benefits.

The Castellani Art Museum Camp CAM runs from July 14 to August 15, featuring five weekly sessions with special themes. This program welcomes children ages 5-12 who have completed kindergarten. It combines art and theater programs, with scholarships available for families with financial need. Campers will enjoy hands-on exploration of diverse artistic techniques inspired by gallery masterpieces.

In Gloversville, the Paul Nigra Center Summer Kids’ Art Program offers eight weekly sessions from July 7 to August 29. Children ages 5-12 can explore themes like Culinary, STEAM, Celebration, and Go Green. The cost is $300 per child, with a discounted rate of $250 for additional siblings.

The Niagara Children’s Museum Art Programs serve children ages 4-14 with classes and camps in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and Welland. These include Saturday classes, March Break programs, and summer camps. Registration opens February 27, with details on the Niagara Falls Art Gallery website.

From July 8 to August 16, the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center presents Summer Arts Workshops. These one and two-week programs focus on artistic exploration across various disciplines. Both partial and full scholarships are available for qualifying families.

Niagara University’s Kids ‘n Arts Camp runs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., from July 10 to August 11. Children ages 5 to 12 can attend one or more weeks, with discounts for Niagara University community members.

The Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake offers full-day summer art camps for children ages 4 and up. Their Healing Arts for Kids program provides free camps for disadvantaged youth, while members receive a 15% discount on all programs.

Dance enthusiasts can join the Greater Niagara Ballet Company Summer Classes from June 20 to August 12. These classes focus on ballet stretch and drills as part of the NACC’s Summer Arts Workshops program.
